Do you provide free quotations and fitting?

We will be delighted to offer free quotations and fitting on all blinds. Shutters we provide free quotations however, shutters are more labour intensive and a separate quote will be provided for you.

What areas do you cover?

Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Central / West / North / North West London.

How will you protect my house from damage?

On our initial visit we will remove our shoes and ask for window access to avoid contact with furniture. At installation our team will bring a company vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials in order to leave your home as we found it.

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes please. We require a 50% deposit which can be paid via Debit, Credit or BACS.

What happens at the first visit?

We will bring some samples with us for you to consider while we measure your window space. After our visit, we will endeavour to send you a comprehensive quote within 5 days via email.

How long will it take to fit my blinds?

Most of our blinds can be fitted within two weeks. Shutter installation will take place between four to eight weeks in order to allow for their more detailed design and assembly.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We want you to love your new window space and we are delighted to offer a 12 and 24 month manufacturing and workmanship guarantee on our blinds and shutters respectively.
