We called Polly’s Blind after we found them via google for the perfect fit blinds for our bifolds. They came for the measurement and showed us the different options following all covid precautions. We were looking for black frame which we didn’t find anywhere else. Once the order was placed, the team came back to us when the blinds were ready for fitting. In fact it came a week earlier. And we were very happy with them. They look beautiful and working as expected. They customised the wands and made them shorter for us. Polly’s team were very friendly & professional during the entire process. They followed up once the blinds were fit to ensure that they were working and we didn’t face any issues. Great friendly service from the team at Polly’s blinds – very helpful and no  pressure . Annabel and Bernie are a delight to work with – they know their stuff and will offer advice if needed. I completely trusted them to deliver what I wanted and they go out their way to ensure they have finished the job well. Thank you Pollys Blinds for an amazing job with fitting these superb blinds in my new flat. From the moment I met Annabel, I knew I wanted her to take care of business – warm, friendly, very helpful and attentive (to the customer’s needs). I had a budget in mind and Annabel made sure this was addressed. I opted for a single manual (blackout) blinds in the bedroom and motorised blinds in the living area. I am so glad I decided to invest in motorised blinds – the extra cost is truly worth it and they look beautiful.

We wanted some Shutter Blinds for our flat with full length large arched windows in the living room and bedrooms. We took the time to discuss and receive quotes from other companies, who did not match our expectations on the type of finish we required, before we came across Pollys Blinds. From the initial meeting with Annabel, who went through the design with us, to the installation from Warren, who must be one of the very best installers out there, and a credit to the company, Pollys Blinds have achieved something that we are extremely happy with, and for us, a joy to look at!
